Unfortunately we can only accomodate so many players, and with each additional spot, we’d put the quality of the event at risk, therefore the registration is completely closed.
We’ll make room for those who have indicated that they’d like to come, so we’ll head into the 2026 HPO with 246 participants. The venue’s capacity did not increase, but taking previous year’s cancellation trends into account, we’ll estimate the final player count to be around 210-220, which is the absolute maximum we can handle in this format.
We won’t open the waiting list again, but we’ll start a sort of reserve list, in case the anticipated player count were to go under the limit indicated above. In this /unlikely/ scenario, we’ll fill up the tournament’s list from here.
