The consent of the participant.
Data storage:
The data is stored in Google Forms and the associated Google Drive systems.
Retention period:
The data will be stored for a maximum of 90 days after the end of the competition, after which it will be deleted.
Data transfer:
Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except where required by law.
Public disclosure:
For the purposes of running and ensuring transparency of the competition, the list of registered participants (name, IFPA ID, selected competitions) will be published online. Email addresses and any remarks provided during registration will not be made public.
Data subject rights:
Participants have the right to request access to their personal data, as well as correction or deletion of their data, via the data controller’s email address.
